What categories can you register for?

ELITE – compete with the top OCR competitors. The highest racing category. No age division (men/women only). From this category, the qualification leads to the European or World Championships ELITE category.

AGE – compare your level within your age group. The competition age category is divided by 5 years, From this category the qualification leads to the European or World Championships Age Group category.

Age categories for 3K: 14-16 / 17-19 / 20-24 / 25-29 / 30-34 / 35-39 / 40-44 / 45-49 / 50+
Age categories for 12K:  16-19 / 20-24 / 25-29 / 30-34 / 35-39 / 40-44 / 45-49 / 50+

Classification into categories is according to the age reached in 2025. (e.g. a competitor who turns 20 by May 9, 2025 will be classified into the 20-24 category) Categories will not be combined. We reserve the right to combine the starts of several age groups without affecting the results of the race in individual categories.

OPEN – Come try the Czech Championhips in the Open Category.For everyone who wants to try the race and have fun, come and try the atmosphere or the obstacles themselves. The start of this category will be combined

KIDS – Category for children from 4 to 16 years old. Part of the children’s races is the Juniors Championship of the Czech Republic in OCR. Competition categories: 7-9 (track 1+km) / 10-13 (track 2+km) / 14-16 (run 3K track as adults on Friday)

All categories are part of the MČR, so the children will fight for the title of Champion of the Czech Republic. If they do not have competitive ambitions, the FUN category is available, which will be non-competitive. There is a non-competitive category for the youngest – 4-6 years – where they can run together with their parents. You choose the category during registration, where you choose in which category you want to run the given race.

Friday – 3K race
8:00 a.m. – opening of the festival arena and registration (⚠priority for 3k racers)
10:00 a.m. – presentation of the rules for the 3K – stage area
10:30 a.m. – ELITE men
10:40 a.m. – ELITE women
10:50 a.m. – AGE GROUP start (Each other AGE GROUP starts 5-15 minutes apart Men and women start together)
11:50 a.m. – OPEN men + women
2:00 p.m. – announcement of results

Saturday – 12K race
07:00 a.m. – opening of the festival arena and registration (⚠Preference is given to 12K racers)
08:30 a.m. – presentation of the 12K rules – area near the podium
09:00 a.m. – ELITE men
09:10 a.m. – ELITE women
09:20 a.m. – AGE GROUP start (Each other AGE GROUP starts 10-15 minutes apart. Men and women categories start together)
10:40 a.m. – OPEN men + women
2:00 p.m. – announcement of results

Saturday – Children’s race
1:00 p.m. – opening of registrations
2:30 p.m. – presentation of the rules for the children’s race – area near the podium
3:00 p.m. – categories 10-13 years
4:30 p.m. – category 7-9 years
5:00 p.m. – OPEN category
6:00 p.m. – announcement of results

Friday – 100M Stadium Qualification
2:00 p.m. – opening of registrations
4:30 p.m. – presentation of the rules – area near the podium
4:40 p.m. – start of the qualification
6:40 p.m. – end of the qualification

Saturday – 100M Stadium Qualification
9:00 a.m. – opening of registrations
10:00 a.m. – start of the qualification
1:00 p.m. – end of the qualification

Saturday – 100M Finale
6:30 p.m. – opening of registrations

Czech Championships for everyone

We are also opening the 2025 Czech OCR Championships to foreign competitors and therefore we bring you information on how the individual categories will look like:

The ELITE category will have two awardings:

  1. MČR 2025 – only competitors with Czech citizenship. Announcement of the champion of the Czech Republic (medals).
  2. Absolute ranking ELITE – competitors with Czech and foreign citizenship (trophy).

The AGE category will be awarded according to age categories:

  1. MČR 2025 AGE GROUP – only competitors with Czech citizenship (medals).
  2. Foreign competitors who want to start in the AGE category will have their own racing wave – INTERNATIONAL WAVE. The awarding will be:
    • Absolute victory INTERNATIONAL WAVE – only foreign competitors regardless of age (medals).

For the Relay competition will have two awardings:

  1. 1. Only competitors with Czech citizenship (medals).
  2. 2. Absolute ranking Relay – competitors with Czech and foreign citizenship (medals).
